EpicClaw is a persistent operating system for the back-office queue: client context, proposal drafts, FluidPay invoice follow-up, scheduled checks, and daily briefings. It prepares operational work and keeps client-facing sends approval-first.

How much work do I actually have to do?
You provide business context, clients, services, pricing, and approval preferences. EpicClaw then prepares the operating queue: draft proposals, pending follow-ups, FluidPay invoice checks, and daily briefings for your review.

Is there a per-action pricing model?
Yes, optional. Add the Outcome add-on to your plan: $2 per invoice collected, $5 per lead successfully followed up. Pay only when EpicClaw delivers results.
Data & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
Your client data, conversations, and memory are stored in your business workspace. EpicClaw does not share client data between agents or workspaces.
Is my information safe with EpicClaw?
EpicClaw keeps workspaces separate, limits internal operational routes, and uses FluidPay for payment workflows so card data is not stored on EpicClaw servers.
Can I export my data?
Workspace data can be exported for operational review. Available formats depend on the connected data source and onboarding configuration.
